• Office Receptionist, Independently Contracted

    Twin Cities International Elementary School (K-4) is now hiring for an independently contracted Office Receptionist position. Estimated start date of December 11th, 2017 with an estimated end date of February 28th, 2018.
    Requirements: Associates degree or higher; or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A basic knowledge of computers is required and the ability to operate printers, photocopiers, fax machines and adding machines/calculators.
    Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Operates a multi-line phone system and answers and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel, welcomes parents, students and visitors and determines nature of business, monitors late student arrivals and early departures, assists with student information and files, attendance recording and other documents upon request and other responsibilities as assigned. Must adhere to standards of confidentiality in regards to students and staff.
