• Twin Cities International Elementary School (K-4) is now accepting  applications for a 1st Grade Elementary School Teaching Position for the 2017-18 school year. 

    Requirements: Applicants must be considered "Highly Qualified" and hold a valid Minnesota teaching License.

    Responsibilities: We are a public charter school located in Minneapolis with a student enrollment of approximately 600 students. The teacher will be responsible for a class of students, creating lesson plans, working on collaborative teams, and contributing positively to the learning and development of students. Experience with standards-based instruction, English-Language Learners and common assessments a plus.

    Twin Cities International Elementary School (K-4) is now hiring for a Building Substitute Teacher for the remainder of the 2016-17 school year. 

    Requirements: Applicants must hold a valid MN Teaching License or a valid Long-call Substitute Teaching license. We are a public charter school located in Minneapolis with a student enrollment of approximately 600 students. 

    Responsibilities: Teaching assigned grade levels and subjects using the plans set forth by the absent teacher, meeting the needs of each student through individual, small group and/or large group instruction, following all policies and procedures to which regular teachers are subject and which good teaching practice dictates, clear communication with both staff and students and contributing positively to the learning and development of students. Experience with standards-based instruction, English Language learners and common assessments a plus. Start date to be determined based on applicant availability.
