Twin Cities International Schools is a K-8 charter school founded by educational leaders in the Metro communities. The school formerly operated as a K-4 school, Twin Cities International Elementary School and a 5-8 Grade school, Minnesota International Middle School. Twin Cities International School is closely monitoring the COVID-19 Coronavirus situation. The health and safety of our students, families, and staff are always our top priority.
We are utilizing guidance from MDH and CDC closely and will follow their recommendations.

Minnesota Department of Education (MDE)
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, TCIS will remain in a Distance Learning Instructional Model through at least January 2021. TCIS will re-evaluate its instructional model transition benchmarks in mid-January 2021, pending any new guidance from the State of MN, MDH and/or MDE.
TCIS will be closed from December 19, 2020 through January 3, 2021 for Winter Break. There will be no classes held during those weeks. Classes will resume online beginning Monday, January 4, 2021.
