Students who have difficulties with displaying appropriate behavior at TCIS may be required to spend time with the Dean of Students. TCIS has a restorative discipline philosophy, which places a learning model on behavior to help students learn better alternatives for meeting their needs and expressing their feelings. The Dean will work with students to correct their behavior and work on the skills necessary to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at school.
